Xbox ‘Deals With Gold’ and ‘Spotlight Sale’ for 4/19-4/25

Tuesday is sale day for Xbox owners, and this week mainly focuses on Destiny: The Taken King, Divinity: Original Sin, and Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. There’s a handful of other things up for grabs as well, so lets get to it.

Xbox One:

  • Batman: Arkham Knight season pass – 30% off
  • Blood Bowl 2 – 75% off
  • Borderlands: The Handsome Collection – 60% off
  • Clusterpuck 99 – 33% off
  • Destiny: The Taken King upgrade – 25% off
  • Destiny: The Taken King – Digital Collector’s Edition – 50% off
  • Destiny: The Taken King – Legendary Edition – 50% off
  • Divinity: Original Sin – Enhanced Edition – 60% off
  • Farming Simulator 15 – 60% off
  • Gems of War – Legendary Starter Pack – 40% off
  • Infinity Runner – 50% off
  • LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham season pass – 50% off
  • Never Alone – 75% off
  • Never Alone: Arctic Collection (includes Foxtales DLC) – 75% off
  • Zombie Driver Ultimate Edition – 75% off

Most of Batman: Arkham Knight’s early DLC is largely forgettable pre-order bonus nonsense, but there’s a plethora of neat costumes and Batmobile skins, along with some fairly solid story DLC added later, that make the season pass worth its discounted price.

Of the discounts above, I recommend Never Alone, Zombie Driver Ultimate Edition, and if you’re the Achievement hunter type, Infinity Runner. Divinity: Original Sin is also on a respectable discount, if you don’t already have it on PC.

Xbox 360:

  • Destiny: The Taken King upgrade – 25% off
  • Destiny: The Taken King – Digital Collector’s Edition – 50% off
  • Destiny: The Taken King – Legendary Edition – 40% off
  • Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen – 75% off
  • DuckTales Remastered – 70% off
  • Farming Simulator 15 – 67% off
  • LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham season pass – 50% off
  • Lost Planet 2 – 75% off
  • Lost Planet 3 – 75% off
  • Strider – 70% off
  • Zombie Driver HD – 75% off

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is one of my favorite games of the last console generation, so I highly recommend that (although it’s not backwards compatible yet). DuckTales Remastered isn’t a bad price either, but everything else is pretty forgettable.

Picking anything up?
